Using the Court of Master Sommelier’s Deductive Tasting Methods, we will walk slowly through the process of tasting wine: Sight, Aroma, Flavor, Structure, Finish. We will cover common grape varietals (2 whites and 2 reds) and will finish the class with a blind tasting of one white and one red to test your skills! – ONLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOT TAKEN A PREVIOUS WINTER WINE CLASS. 48-hour notice of cancellation or card will be charged!
