91 Points - Jeb Dunnuck
Our 2021 Quandary Vineyard Pinot Noir has been awarded a 91-point score by Jeb Dunnuck:
"A saturated purple/magenta color, the 2021 Pinot Noir Quandary Vineyard comes from Yamhill-Carlton and shows off a darker profile in the glass, both in appearance and on the nose, with notes of black cherries, turned forest earth, violets, and sappy herbs. It has a more expansive and plush feel through the palate, with medium to full body, a velvety, plush texture, ripe tannins, and good freshness, although it has more modest acidity. There’s a seamless and more luxurious feel to this wine that’s going provide a wide window for enjoyment over the next 8-10 years." - Audrey Frick

90 Points - Jeb Dunnuck
Our 2021 Meyer Vineyard Pinot Noir has been awarded a 90-point score by Jeb Dunnuck:
"The 2021 Pinot Noir Meyer Vineyard is made entirely with the 115 clone of Pinot Noir and leads with fruity aromas of mixed berries, mossy earth, and crushed flowers. Medium-bodied, with refreshing acidity and a light sanguine undertone, it offers fine tannins, nice tension in its spine of acidity, and a clean, delicate, saline finish. Very charming, it’s going to drink well over the next 5-7 years." - Audrey Frick

90 Points - Jeb Dunnuck
Our 2022 Willamette Valley Chardonnay has been awarded a 90-point score by Jeb Dunnuck:
"A bright straw/silver color, the 2022 Chardonnay is zesty on the nose, with aromas of lime, fresh flowers, melon rind, and wet stone. Medium-bodied and juicy on the palate, it has a refreshing and juicy feel and is just pure joy to drink, with a great, clean snap on the finish. An easygoing white for near term enjoyment, it is a great everyday offering that I highly recommend." - Audrey Frick

94 Points & Wine of the Week - Great Northwest Wine
Our 2022 Pinot Gris has been awarded a 94-point score & Wine of the Week by Great Northwest Wine.
"Best Buy! Despite the scale of this production, the Campbell family and Heather Perkin — their winemaker for Pike Road — rely on hand-harvesting across the dozen or so vineyards they source this Pinot Gris from. Those include Dr. Robert Matteri’s plantings in Yamhill-Carlton near Campbell-owned Mount Richmond. There’s no oak involved, allowing for Intense aromas of sweet pineapple, pear and tangerine. On the very flavorful palate, those notes are joined by juicy white peach and a pinch of ginger spice. Last fall, this reached the sweepstakes as the Best White Wine at the 11th annual Great Northwest Invitational Wine Competition, a judging staged on behalf of wine merchants in Hood River, Ore. Its showing was no fluke. The Pike Road 2016 Pinot Gris won Best of Show at The Invite in 2017." - Great Northwest Wine

91 Points - Wine Enthusiast
Our 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has been awarded a 91-point score by Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
"This 100% stainless steel-fermented Pinot Noir is as fresh and crisp as snow melt flooding a mountain stream. Prickly boysenberry and smoked salmon aromas blend into flavors like raspberry lemonade laced with black tea. Citrusy acidity meets silky tannins on Pike Road." — Michael Alberty

93 Points - Decanter
Our 2021 Temperance Hill Pinot Noir has been awarded a 93-point score by Decanter.
"An elegant expression of one of the Willamette Valley's most important vineyards, Temperance Hill, planted in the early 1980s and sitting right in the path of the Van Duzer winds. Aromas of bing cherry, violets, forest floor alongside evergreen tips. The palate shows notes of crushed stone, fresh red currant, turned earth and spice to finish." - Clive Pursehouse

92 Points - Decanter
Our 2021 Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir has been awarded a 92-point score by Decanter.
"A wine from the iconic Shea Vineyard, long a stalwart of excellence sourced by many of the Valley's top talents. Aromatically, this wine opens with faint hints of Montmorency cherries, tayberries, and topsoil. The palate is very forward. Fleshy and fruit-driven, it is wound a bit tight. It still offers compelling blue and black fruits, savoury rosemary and plenty of spice with a touch of fresh mint to finish." - Clive Pursehouse

90 Points - Decanter
Our 2021 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has been awarded a 90-point score by Decanter.
"A wonderful example of a Pinot Noir at a value, made from fruit from 15-20 different vineyards in the northern reaches of the Willamette Valley. The aromatics are spice-laden, with notes of Christmas spice, violets and crushed raspberries. The palate offers plenty of high-tone berry fruits, savoury herbs, minerality and a zippy mint finish." - Clive Pursehouse

90 Points - Wine & Spirits
Our 2022 Pinot Gris has been awarded a 90-point score and "Best Buy" by Wine & Spirits Magazine.
"Elk Cove's second-label gris is surprisingly complex and fragrant in 2022. Its scents range from cracked wheat and white cherry to golden apple. The texture is emollient but also grainy, a richness leavened by minerals." —Patrick J. Comiskey

Our 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir has been awarded a 90-point score and "Best Buy" by Wine & Spirits Magazine.
"Leading with apple and wheat scents, this wine's flavors focus on grapes and red cherries, lean and lively, with an appealing purity and tension. Lots of wine for the price." —Patrick J. Comiskey
